[Emacspeak] Emacs 31.1 just dropped into homebrew for MacOS

Greetings emacspeakers!

I just noticed $subject must have become available over the past few
days.

I've been having very good overall results running emacs-app --cask
w/emacspeak and swiftmac and will not be too hasty taking this upgrade
but curious to know if anyone's beaten me to the upgrade.

And if so, what issues you ran into, if any.

I have the luxury of 2 macbooks, 1 for work and a 2nd one for personal
use so one or the other of these will be upgraded soon to v31and I'll
report back, if I can't ahead of time reveal any hard blockers.

Below shows excerpted output from the 'brew outdated' command.

I'm aware that some of you may be running emacs-plus which I did play
with but my preference has been the plain emacs-app which doesn't
require any taps.

Fairly recently I dropped out of the emacs-mac port which was still at
only emacs 29 and did a fair bit of general updating of things to get
all of the treesitter foo going and other goodies.

tmp$ brew outdated
==> Downloading Homebrew API data
<snip>
emacs-app (30.2-2) != 31.1

Cheers!
