[Emacspeak] I made a simple Emacspeak plugin for Telega -- the Telegram client

Hi everyone,
I am happy to announce that I have started working on Emacspeak-telega — an Emacspeak integration for the excellent Telegram client called telega.el. For now I have an erc-style chat monitoring as well as I think sensible face mapping. All code is manually written which I think is very important in the age of vibecoding.
If you use telegram, give Telega.el as well as emacspeak-telega a try and let me know.
