emacspeak-bmk-mgr vanished?

If at least one  or more of you are using bmk-mgr, then it's easy
enough to restore suport for it, I'll do that; let's not waste
time debating the strengths of org-mode here.

For myself, I'm uing org-capture -- which is a rewrite of
remember for org.
